Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 15, 2026 · Last Updated: March 15, 2026

1. Introduction

Bettorlytics LLC (“Bettorlytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at bettorlytics.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our Service. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. If you sign up using a social login (e.g., Google), we receive only the information you authorize that provider to share.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, sport and market preferences, search queries, and the duration of your sessions.

2.3 Device & Browser Information

We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL.

2.4 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details on our servers. Stripe may share limited transaction metadata (e.g., last four digits, billing country) with us to support account management.

2.5 Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies for authentication session management. We also store your display preferences (such as your chosen market display format) in your browser’s local storage so they persist between sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including the dashboard, real-time market data streaming, and edge detection
  • Process subscriptions and manage Free and Pro tier access
  • Personalize your experience, including remembering your display format preferences and sport filters
  • Send transactional communications related to your account or subscription
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve and optimize the platform
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Market data providers — we display publicly available market data from Kalshi, Polymarket, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, and BetRivers. We do not share your personal information with these platforms.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing), when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bettorlytics, our users, or the public. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage and analytics data is retained for up to twelve (12) months and then aggregated or deleted. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure authentication via Clerk, and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously monitor and improve our protections.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
  • Export — request a machine-readable copy of your data
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or under the age of twenty-one (21) in jurisdictions where sports betting requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
