Bettorlytics LLC (“Bettorlytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sports betting analytics, market data, and predictive modeling through the website located at bettorlytics.com (the “Service”). The information provided on the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be construed as professional financial, gambling, investment, or legal advice.

2. Not Gambling Advice

Bettorlytics is an analytics and data platform. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, facilitate wagering, or operate as a licensed gambling entity. The analytics, predictions, and market data we provide are analytical tools intended to inform your own independent research. You should rely on your own judgment—and, where appropriate, seek professional advice—before making any betting decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

There is no betting strategy, algorithm, or analytical tool—including those provided by Bettorlytics—that can eliminate the inherent risk of loss in sports betting. 5. Regulatory Compliance

References to DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, and other sportsbooks on the Service are for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any sportsbook. All sportsbook names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Odds and lines displayed on the Service may differ from current offerings on those platforms. Always verify odds directly on the relevant sportsbook before placing any bet.

8. Edge Detection & Arbitrage Disclaimer

Our edge detection algorithm identifies statistical discrepancies in pricing across different markets. You should be aware of the following:

  • Detected edges are based on a snapshot of market prices and may disappear or change before you are able to act on them
  • The presence of a detected edge does not guarantee a profitable outcome—it reflects a pricing discrepancy, not a certain result
  • Sportsbooks and prediction markets may limit, void, or restrict accounts that engage in arbitrage or sharp betting activity

9. AI & Predictive Model Disclaimer

Our AI predictions are generated by statistical models and machine learning algorithms. You should understand the following limitations:

Use of the Service does not create any professional–client relationship between you and Bettorlytics LLC. We are not acting as your financial advisor, betting consultant, or legal counsel.
